Tony O'Leary from Western Bay, Newfoundland just released his debut CD entitled, PUMP THE BOX. Tony an accomplished button accordion player and vocalist is also a great songwriter and is displayed on his new CD. Tony has been performing since 1987 and had the opportunity of travelling throughout the Country performing with various muscians gaining much experience in the music business. The CD contains 15 tracks, containing vocals by Tony as well as his own accordion tunes. Tony assembled a number of experienced well-known musicians to help out with the CD production namely; Ian Chipman, Jerry Strong, Mike Doyle, Glen Hiscock and Rob Brown. Here are the track titles:

The CD marks the first time locally made Irish Pipes have appeared on a local Newfoundland CD. The pipes were made by Neal O'Grady of Carbonear which also makes this CD a history maker. The CD will certainly be a Kitchen Party favourite. Tony wrote the songs, Livin In A Syncrude Eye, Pump The Box and Sitting On A Ft. McMurray Bus. All the rest of the traditional tracks were arranged by Tony. He dedicates the CD to all the transient workers both past and present who travelled many miles to earn a living for their families, it just ain't easy and to all the folks he had the fortune and misfortune to meet.
A great CD of Newfoundland music and song and Tony does an outstanding job on all 15 tracks. Atlantic Seabreeze gives the CD top ratings on its ratings list.
